Privacy notice
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This page explains what personal data we process when you visit volleydeep.com or write to us, and how you can exercise your rights, as required by Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”).
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Giuseppe Chiarelli, the author of VolleyDeep. For any question about your data, write to info@volleydeep.com.
When you visit the site
The site uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and no content from other websites: fonts and images are served by the site itself.
Cloudflare, the service that hosts the site, receives your IP address and the technical details of each request (browser, page visited, date and time), as any web server does, in order to show you the pages and protect the site from abuse and attacks. We do not use this data to find out who you are or to profile you.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site and keeping it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you write to us
If you write to info@volleydeep.com, we process your email address, your name, the club you represent and what you write to us, only in order to reply. Messages reach us through Cloudflare’s email forwarding service and are delivered to a Gmail inbox provided by Google.
We keep messages for as long as we need to reply to you, and for no more than 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a customer.
Legal basis: providing the information you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. It is processed on our behalf, and only for these services, by:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts the site and forwards email sent to volleydeep.com | United States |
| Google LLC | Email inbox where messages are delivered | United States |
Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for companies certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a machine-readable format, or to object to its processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@volleydeep.com: we reply within one month.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
The VolleyDeep program
This notice covers the website and the messages you send us. Information about the data linked to VolleyDeep program licenses will be published on this page; in the meantime, you can request it at info@volleydeep.com.
